Take Care of your toenails
Your toenails need to be trimmed correctly and most people don’t do it right (and don’t know how). Cutting them right helps avoid the potential unsightly ingrown toenails. They need to be trimmed straight, not round or into the sides of the nail. Don’t cut them too short to avoid damaging the nail itself. Bunions.
These happen on the large toe and are caused by an enlargement of the joint which results in a painful lump of bone at the base of the toe. Bunions only form from years of constant pressure and abnormal motion on the joint due to wrong or bad fitting footwear, genetics (and foot type) or the way you walk. Surgery is not normally needed and initially focuses on helping to relieve the pressure and pain and to prevent any further deforming of the joint. More conditions….

Brunswick Podiatry is located at 180 Sydney Road in Brunswick. The clinic is actually inside the Brunswick Chiropractic building (which is on the corner of Edward Street and Sydney Road). Easy parking is available in the public car park at the rear of the building at $1 per hour.  MAP Building of Brunswick Podiatry

Our hours are: Monday, Tuesday and Fridays 9:00am to 5:00pm.
